 The deep sadness in me

I see in an instant changing into deepest bliss

The fear is that of emptiness

Of having no passion

But once confronted

One does not need to add anything to life

But has courage to see what remains

what remains if I stripped it off of everything that doesn't belong

The dancing, radiating emptiness is the abundance itself

Whole existence comes to life through me

As I find my spirit

The silent symphony reaches its peaks

A cosmic party

Where I am the lover

And I am the beloved

The epic romance one dreams off

Hides within

The great yearning directed inwards

Is healed through meeting oneself

In the paradoxical abundance of ones own spirit

Today I woke up in love

Many a days I woke up awake

Awake as awake could be

As awake as anyone could be

But today is different

Today I woke up in love

Realising a new depth of awakening

An explosion of love

Going to sleep yesterday

Love came to me and intrigued me to consider it

How would it be to give it a chance

Yesterday I was convinced

Of my lack of compassion towards my fellow beings

My mind claiming my awakening

And the intellectual pride thereof

And a fear always lingering

A sense of conflict and division springing from that

But the mind not knowing there's a whole new world inside

Calling one to submerge into it

And I see in full clarity

That opposite of fear is not lack of it

But a presence of love, a loving presence

For all that is, for oneself

Love is how the fear is vanquished

Something of immense significance happened here

And I am here as a witness

Delightfully surprised

One has become many
And one has remained one
At the same time
That whole in it's wholeness
Is contained in all of the parts
To know that one
Is to know yourself
To know yourself
Is to forget yourself
The absolute not knowing
Is the dawn of knowledge
As above so below
As inside is outside
This way the holy fool
Knows nothing at all
Yet knows everything

From Gross to Subtle to Nothing

As my awareness is deepening and as I have touched and experience the deep deep silence that is present within..

Somehow it is more and more evident to me that the composers of classical music in the old times must have composed it from a place of deep silence. Not only that but the instruments they have invented like flute and Veena could not come into existence without accessing the deeper realms of experience. There is something very subtle that responds very intimately with the sound of such. I can see that why it is called a ''Sangeet Sadhana" that demands utmost dedication and discipline of character, purity of intention and a ''Deeksha" from a Guru.

This is not about morality but there is something "existentially right" in the pure mental channels and how this brings one to a certain state of caliber. One who has understood and accessed the enlightened consciousness displays a certain behavior that is accepted as a virtue by others who can sense the distinction present in such a being. The idea of virtue is born out of natural or "Sahaj" behavior of a Sage that is not in conflict with the existence and it is not a certain code given by some self righteous one. Thus a virtue is a higher virtue if the one displaying it is not even aware of it. Through accessing the Sahaj realm there is no more mental conflict in him and no conscious awareness of hierarchy of virtues. His actions are not guided by a certain idea of higher or lower virtues but it is a spiritual perfection of action that is not even an action, a non-action if you will.

So coming back to the stillness of the mind-- I see a tremendous change in my music taste.. something I could not tolerate before because it was "too slow" or "monotonous" or "boring" is now making me shed tears, sometime uncontrollably. Simple flute sounds are putting me into such a sweet ecstatic experiences that it is for me not less than a miracle. I am able to appreciate more subtle realms and the dependency on gross stimulants such as loud sounds, intoxicants, physical compulsions is going down. It is as if never before I had smelled the air or tasted the water or felt the touch of rays of Sun. The colors are much brighter, all existence looks as if it is just washed clean by rains  body is much lighter sometimes even weightless (not exaggerating), mind fresher and more lucid and prana much more vital. For longer periods of time (compared to my past) I am remaining without any thought in my mind and what a tremendous tremendous experience this is I cannot even begin to explain. It is as if the birds, trees, the dust particles, clouds everything has realized that they are nothing but God himself and are absorbed in the deep reverence and a great great celebration.

I am appreciating the heritage that we have in India where for thousands of years people have known the secrets of universe. Realization or liberation or Mukti or enlightenment is recognized as a complete fulfillment of life. A little droplet of that experience has come my way and has drenched me in this kind of experience, I wonder what they had meant by you yourself are God. You yourself are that infinite knowledge of all that ever existed and ever will exist. That you yourself are that eternal Parmatma who is at the same time infinite bliss, infinite knowledge and infinite power.

Change is welcomed
When one's dwelling place is the changelessness

Involvement is ensured
When there's a certain sense of abandon

One can care about things
When one has known absolute carelessness

One can be serious about something
When one knows how to play

One can work at something
If one knows how to relax

The Genius of the Buddha

The way Buddha laid out his Sutras is one of the greatest expression of Genius.

He didn't start with God (Ishvar) or Soul (Parmatma) or any such concepts which can be believed or disbelieved. Many awakened beings invoked devotion or belief which lead to an experience. He invoked Reason. And when one HAS an experience, they transcend the reason. But they won't become angry at Buddha. They would become thankful.

He started with addressing the human suffering. Anyone with slightest depth of understanding cannot deny the suffering in life. And he displayed the qualities of the one who has transcended the realm of suffering. For good. A living and embodied example. And nobody could deny that too.

He didn't talk at all about how the destination feels like. He met people where THEY were. And laid out methods and a map of understanding to show how the suffering is self created. He just told that this suffering can be alleviated. Didn't even promise that it could be permanently rooted out. Inch by inch he moved them closer and closer to the experience but never talked about the experience directly. He only spoke of the way!

How beautiful. How clever. He knew that people who are used to live a life of bondage will get scared if he starts telling them about the open skies of freedom. He did not reveal the Glorious just in the beginning as it is really an insult of the people who are struggling even in the mundane plane. He knew that they are bound to deny any such thing exists because if they accept it, that would mean they have spent their whole life in a false world. In illusion.

And what an impact has this had in the last two thousand years. How many people have been led. Without aggressiveness and without cleverness/deception. People have followed Buddha solely on the basis of the power of his reasoning. Makes one bow down in love and admiration!

And it has become even more significant for the current times. Where one cannot be moved by faith. One demands reason and rightly so. People are thinking for themselves and people are more honest. They don't want phony gestures of religiousness. They want a solid logical foundation and a detailed analysis which satisfies and addresses the complexity of their problems. And a solution that works!

As if

One of the remarkable things I noticed about myself is that when I am questioned about my take on things, the way I articulate a response is something that surprises me a great deal. I also have times of absolute incoherence of speech but more on that later (or never).

So I was talking to my brother in law about the ways used by the people who have had encounters with deeper mysteries of life and their dilemma about whether to keep a historical continuity or to lay out totally new narrative to guide one from the current experiences to the deeper mechanics.

The topic was about reincarnations and the soul going through different stages of vegetation, animal forms, human incarnations and so on. And I noticed myself saying "Certainly there is not going to be a provable answer about this thing. And what one can say is, it is 'as if'' the 'soul' has gone through all those stages if we look at the development of the human embryo. The same thing goes about God."

Rather than having to arrive at some reasonable answer, one can experiment with different as ifs. Whatever suits one in the given situation. The nature of the mind is such that it is never going to settle this issue intellectually. What one can then do is to explore the as if ness of things. If the conviction as if god exists helps one to put down the burden of their thoughts, rather than questioning about the existence of god why not to focus on what it did for you. If it brought certain kind of ease or provoked some intense devotion or just gave one a sense to go on. Then, something worth noting here which often goes unnoticed is that even though there is a question about existence of god, what it did for you is real. The sense of ease that was brought to you was real. The hope that was brought to you was real. The devotion was real. That means we have a capacity to generate any experience we desire. We are doing it anyway but just didn't ponder over it. Through this, one can realize that one is constantly generating their experience by themselves. And when this process becomes compulsive we call it stress, anxiety, depression and so on.

Then one can notice a very important thing that the natural state of the mind is that of ease. The ease was not a product of the belief in non existent god, rather the dis-ease is the product of belief in the non-existent world. Yes. The non-existent world. The image of the world made up in the mind being nasty and terrible. Again is the world a terrible place or not is debatable like the question of god. What one can notice is one has the power to put any meaning in it and generate any kind of chemistry within the system at will. It is just that we are compulsively creating a bad chemistry in the system. This is the first flip. The journey of discovery. Once this much is clearly understood, recognized and registered, one is not the same anymore. A tremendous shift takes place. Extending this understanding further it is noticed that it is only a single thought in this given moment that is creating all the present, past future and everything. Then one can really witness a thought rising up in the moment and see that if it is not followed, what happens. One falls into a deep ocean of silence. A new territory is discovered. Then one sees that where the simple as if has taken them!

All the different teachings of different awakened beings are simple as ifs. They are the devices made to work in such a way that the thought process comes to an end. And make one fall into 'that'. And through that experience one knows what is knowable and what is not. What is to be known and what is to be left. What is to be perused and what needs to be dropped.

There is a story about Buddha that a devotee person comes to him and asks about the existence of god. Buddha says no. God doesn't exist. Then the news spreads everywhere and one atheist person comes happily to him to make sure that he heard it right. To this person Buddha says. Yes. God does exist. Now we know why!

Do not wait

Do not wait for the Scientists to confirm the good news
Do not wait for your favorite Journal to publish a paper on this
Do not wait for your intellectuals to confirm this
Aren't those drowning in bliss of oneness, enough proof?
The living embodiment of love, wisdom, compassion, bliss..
Giving out all secrets..
Opening up this bounty..

Uff so fortunate are those uneducated ears
Somehow protected from the sophistication, from all the art and lies..

Fortunate is but the humanity as whole
For there are those who - though intoxicated to the brim,
are able to articulate the experience
and with their infinite compassion, lay out a Gnosis

But for the one with an eye to see
The dance of a drunkard and his ecstasy itself is enough guidance

For the one just on the brink of a breakthrough
One nudge is enough!!
A silent smile, a glance from a Buddha is enough
To jump into his own Buddha hood!!

Infinitesimally small intervals

To make sense of physical/chemical processes to our gross sense of perception we often came across this term 'Infinitesimally small intervals'. We assumed a tiny - almost tending to zero - interval and integrated the small changes happening in that smallest interval over a considerably perceivable range. In reality we observe that no process is continuous and there are periods of activity and periods of apparent stillness.
Now, if we observe our own perception of time, we say that we performed such and such activity within some amount of time. So if we investigate what is the smallest interval of time that is actually perceivable to us - is it a second? Not really. Because we are aware even between the seconds. If one carefully investigates this, one might discover that we are actually continuously aware. This is such a wonderful experience and a ground breaking discovery. It is seen that the awareness itself is not at all affected by time. And it is seen that the smallest amount of time perceivable to us is timelessness itself. To experience this timelessness is to experience the truth. As Krishna discusses truth with Arjuna, he makes a beautiful exposition that  'that, that is changeless is the truth'. This is not a matter of philosophizing but something to be verified experientially.
All that we regard as graceful is so because it has been punctuated by this timelessness, by truth. A bird is graceful because when it is still it is still and when moving it is moving. A graceful dancer for example is so because of the smoothness of their movements. There are no jerks in the movement. It is as if they have reduced the least perceivable time to such a small degree that they are established in the timeless. The curve of the movement vs time in their dance is smoothed out and it is continuous. One can verify this grace by a simple movement of hand. When moving the hand in front of the face for example - if one can only 'see' the hand at all points in the space- continuously - actually seeing the hand and not making mental images and concepts about it - one will see what I am trying to say here. Whatever act is performed in awareness becomes graceful. This awareness, this presence is through which all the ingenuity is actually arising. By being in touch with this, by tapping into it consciously one realizes that this is the real identity of our being. And all the suffering and misery arises in life because of not recognizing this eternal truth of life. More on this later....

Full moon vibes

I will let you look at me
Without the social norms of
Needing to look away constantly
You can lay your eyes on me
And I will close mine

If you could see my form
Without naming it
You will see my beauty and all the glory
You will see in me what I see in you

After all the things said
All the laughs laughed
Let's not hide behind our compulsive defenses
Let's drop the final guard

Let's create a space for truth and trust
Let's move from relating to communion
Basking in each other's presence
Understanding the most intimate, silent love

The Mystic said
'Wear your body and mind a little loose'

How much I love him

That I wore the body loose
I wore the mind loose

And got a taste of myself

Who among this intellectual crowd
Would pay attention to such trivial words

He is giving away his bounty
All the sweet secrets

The gates are being opened wide

To step into the ultimate

Grab and Let go

Putting things in perspective

What causes what?

Why are things the way they are?

What is the right order of things?

What is the way and mechanism of change?

All of these questions are answered at a place. This place is one's yet un-conquered territory.

A glimpse of one's being.
Shining with all it's glory.

A totality.

A homecoming.

At the revelation of this light,
The activities of the mind are seen and understood as happening because of ignorance.

The reality is alive and conscious.
In a way impossible to conceive for the mind. The role and life of mind is finished here. It is seen simply as a battle of borrowed concepts of which absolutely everything is false.

This revelation of one's self,
As the very reality.
Sets things in right order.

Tao te Ching has beautifully explained this order as

Consciousness
Virtue
Humanity
Justice
Etiquette

We see that how from a natural course of action we downgrade step by step at the place where 'gestures' become more important than a real aspiration for sincerity, honest and truthfulness.

And how again one,
When troubled by his own 'craft' and the artful ways he has learnt to deceive himself
Seeks a way out of that

How one longs to achieve a virtue
And also understands that the virtuous action is a natural outcome of the consciousness and not a product of cultivation or learning

One then is ready to drop all efforts
And touch this ultimate sweetness

A birthright

One's destiny.

Curtains come down.

Play gets over.

The false is over.

The real dawns.

From religion to responsibility

Just by declaring oneself to be non religious is not a done deal. In many ways, during upbringing one takes on the thought construct and attitudes that are a result of millions of years of experience that humanity has gone through. If one closely observes their own psyche, it is not very difficult to identify the elements such as 'hoping' which are a product of religious thinking.
To be free from religion is not just giving up the rituals, but it is giving birth to individuality. There is an enormous amount of work involved and as J.K. puts it is 'not a layman's task'. And one interesting thing to note here is those who have a certain religious tone are seen to have easily gone beyond it. And those who once were totally atheistic are seen to understand the real meaning of god.
What a wonderland is this universe!

Arising of thought

There are schools of philosophy built on the human condition

Yet the simplest of the simple has remained as the most obscure.

The one building a construct upon construct is considered learned

Yet he is nothing but a fool.

The answer to everything is not an answer

But a witnessing and coming into light of the questioner itself.

What is that, through which one identifies this as this and that as that

That name giver: That itself needs to be questioned.

Using that, one is looking outside

But not really looking at that-itself.

Instead of asking a question-what is this and what is that,

If one steps back one step and realizes: Oh there appears to be a mind that thrives on questions.

Then, one, not feeding the mind with more concepts, witnesses the rise of the mind itself.

Mind looks at mind and through this looking it subsides-vanishes

Leaving behind a clarity: A wordless understanding.

When they asked Buddha what did you achieve?

He says "Nothing. But I lost much."

This most profound- the nameless- wordless-

When established in one- Gives rise to the most intelligent words ever.

This apparent nothingness - completes one's quest now and forever.

This lowest of the low- is the highest of the highest

This description-less has the quality of a dark night and that of a bright diamond

Where the total abandonment and total involvement meet

The eternal and ever new at the same time

How many glories can one sing of this that is as lowly as a particle of dust.

Blessed be all those who long

Fruitful be the journey of those who advance

Stabilized eternally be those who catch a glimpse

Glory be upon those who be

Why did those
Who understood
Become ecstatic?

Just one drop of this
Wipes out all the ideas
One has about oneself

So what could those
Who are immersed in this
Do anything else
But whirl?

Why do bad things happen to good people?

Many times we come across this rhetoric that why bad things happen to good people. A lot of people seem to have this sense or conviction that they are the "good people" and there are certain "bad people" who are responsible for all the disorder.
The idea of myself being good arises from the ideas we have of certain virtues.
And of course the good deeds bear no fruit and they backfire turning so called good people into bitter ones. Then one concludes that there is no place for good in this filthy world.
Too many people jump into action without understanding the order of things and want to be kind, compassionate, loving etc and when their "good" action is not reciprocated, end up concluding that I am a nice person but people around me don't deserve it.

How childish it is but we see that the maturity is not a function of age, but of consciousness.
Without understanding where does the so called "virtue" lie in the whole scheme of things, one makes attempts at acquiring and practicing it. And the result is a disaster and needs no examples, we know already how the story goes.

So what is the right order of things?
Let's see what Tao Te Ching has to say about it and see if it resonated with us!!

"A man of superior virtue is not conscious of the virtue.
A man of inferior virtue performs for the purpose of virtue, hence he is not virtuous.
A man of superior virtue acts without action, and performs with his true nature.
A man of inferior virtue acts with intentional effort.
A man of superior kindness acts a natural act.
A man of superior justice acts with righteousness and feelings for others.
A man of superior etiquette acts according to his true self, hence no one responds to him by moving away.
There, when Tai is lost, there is Te (virtue).
When Te is lost there is humanity.
When humanity is lost, there is justice.
When justice is lost, there is etiquette.
Antiquate becomes prevalent when people fail to be sincere and honest.
Hence, chaos begins.
A person of knowledge and self-opinion will be hindered from the enlightenment of Tao.
Thus, this is the beginning of ignorance!"

Does it speak to you? Does it resonate?

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing...

Of many 'pointers' to the 'truth' that are used in 'popular wisdom', like the one from Buddha's 'What you think you become', Jesus' 'what is above so is below', is the one from Rumi that is even used in the movie 'Rockstar' (:P)! It goes like 'Out beyond the ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there'. Like all other 'one liners', it is just half truth omitting the further gnosis without which the words don't make any sense, neither do they convey the intended meaning. I sometimes think that the notion of poetry has born out of the words of the 'seers' or or 'jnanis' that make no sense to the people who have not yet experienced any meditativeness. People tend to think that the words of people like Rumi, Omar Khayyam, Hafiz are 'poetry' and make pitiful attempts at the so-conceived 'art' that consists in deliberate abstractions and contradictions that simply mock the abstractions and paradoxes in the writings of those of the likes of Rumi. For those who are talking from the place that is indeed beyond words, the contradiction is inevitable because of the structure of the language and the logical mind, but because of certain 'hassnamuses' and their attempts at 'poetry', the real secrets of the universe have remained as 'poetry' and have become an 'object of admiration' for the 'culture junkies'. What a misfortune!

The whole thing goes like this..

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I'll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase "each other" doesn't make any sense."

These words look poetic but they are as precise as Patanjali's Yogasutras. This is the description of that which is revealed to a seeker. Call it God, Soul, Self, no-self, Atman, stillness, oneness, whatever.

There is indeed a field there which is out beyond all the ideas. The field of pure awareness. By pure I don't mean holy or sanskari. Pure means unclouded by thought. In the thought identified state, everything one knows is through the thinking. There is a thought construct, assumptions and certain conclusions based on this thought construct. The knowledge so to say is 'verbal'. But the state of pure awareness is a realization of that conscious field in which all the thought arises and vanishes. There, you don't look at the thought to validate what's true and what's not. The whole thought structure falls away and is rendered unnecessary. There is not even a need to establish even the most primary assumption 'I' and 'you'. Everything is that clear because even 'everything' is an assumption that there are different things like this, that and so.. so infact there is nothing to sort out because this is another dimension of consciousness which is 'complete' if we can use the word. There is no need of any thought movement. There is no suppression of thought either. Thought is simply seen arising and vanishing and falling in its proper place. It is seen that how the thought itself creates an illusion of a thinker. There is actually no one there who is thinking. Such is the nature of thought!

This has been the plight of all those who have experienced and stabilized in that field. It is impossible to communicate. So come all the parables and metaphors and 'poetry'!

A bit more on UG and others

Its a puzzle for me as why UG declared that all the spiritual quests are nonsense and at the same time it is crystal clear that it is infact true. However, the statement is not an end in itself. All the spiritual 'quests' are sure nonsense because the realization is not something to be 'attained' so there is no question of any quests and any sort of 'doing'. Although he says there is nothing like enlightenment, it is true at the same time that he himself does not function the way other people do. Maybe that was his way of pointing out of the pointlessness of asking questions and expecting answers to be given to you. He said there is no self to discover but how could he have not seen that the disagreement he has with other realized ones is only because of the use of language. When others like Ramana are talking about the 'Self' they mean the exact same thing when UG says there is no self to discover. The word 'Self' is used by Ramana to negate the separate 'I' people assume themselves to be. Ramana uses the word 'discovery' to indicate that there is nothing that you 'become' but you just 'discover' what is already there.. so the word 'discovery' is used by him to negate the false ideas about the whole thing. So when UG says there is nothing to discover, it means the exact same thing as 'Self discovery'..

It looks like he wants to not lengthen the discussion even by one word. He simply declared nothing you do will make it happen for you. It looks like whatever methods he was given by different people consisted into 'doing' more and more things to 'attain' to enlightenment. And when he gave up on everything and didn't bother anymore, the thing happened to him. He said it is 'acausal' and no volition on your part can make it happen. He didn't even say that don't try to make it happen and in the most effortless state it will happen neither did he imply. Pappaji who was the realized disciple of Ramana told people that 'you' cannot know the truth, 'you' have to disappear. UG would agree only to the first half of that!

A bit of UG and others

'What do you want?' asked UG Krishnamurti to people asking him different questions. It is so funny to see that it is very difficult to realize that all this game of asking questions, even this is borrowed from outside and has not arisen authentically in one. He said that this culture has given solutions to nonexistent problems that never and cannot work and thus has created a neurotic condition in the body. The counter question 'what do you want' may seem out of context to the existential inquiries but it totally cuts through the facade that one is in need of an answer. Is there a question that is 'yours' he would ask. And any further discussion, any movement of thought is actually taking you away from it he would say. He also denied that there is anything you can do so that 'this' happens to you. The only instrument that you have is thought and it is useless in the search of 'that' and there is no other instrument, he would say.

I love how the 'realization', if we can use that word, has found different expression in different individuals. Particularity the expressions of J Krishnamurti and UG Krishnamurti I love even though (actually there is no 'even though' but a deep harmony) they deny the whole idea that there is something to seek. Somebody has said that JK reduced the idea of enlightenment to just psychology and UG reduced it to mere biology. I, myself have had this question that is this a process at all and if it is, is it physical or nonphysical. But now I see that all these are just words. We just say something is physical, something is psychological, something is conscious. It seems that more and more vocabulary needs to be created to counter and negate every description of 'that' as nothing of the language applies to it. The complex the personality is of one, the complex will be the gnosis. UG has condemned all the spiritual teachers and teachings including Buddha, JK, Osho, each one of them. He said that the thought has to die off on its own and totally denied that there is nothing one can do to make it happen. He just said that nature throws out some flowers time to time and the maximum you can do is to put them in museum and look at them!

JK himself has condemned the tradition, culture, religion so much that even in my wildest dreams I never thought that there would a realized one that would even condemn JK! That has been one of the epic moments of my life :D UG calls JK's practice of choice-less awareness a 'gimmick'. Hahahaha. What is common with both of them is there was a prophecy about both of them and people have tried to make them enlightened by loads of different types of Sadhnas, meditations etc and they revolted against all of that. Both are the realized ones and both deny that it is a 'result' of what was done to them, or what they were made to do. What wildflowers!

I myself have observed that when a seeker understands the whole gnosis from the realized ones and understands that the thought process is not going to lead him anywhere, the investment in the thought process is automatically broken, and slowly one can abide in the source, as the source. The source of the mind, source of the I-thought as called by Ramana and the whole illusion of you being a 'this person' collapses. There is just a field of awareness. Around 3-4 years before I came to see one of the Sadhguru's video where he was talking about a 'witness' to the thought process. That if the breath is watched, there happens a dis-identification between happenings and the witness. This was the first time I encountered something 'spiritual'. Immediately there was some 'understanding' happened in me and then I explored more and more of the knowledge of this sort. There were also some ideas that one must stick to one 'path' and not spend more time just 'gathering more information' about it. But from the initial dis identification, I never settled on any identity that I am a seeker or I am spiritual or this or that and it felt the most natural thing to me to read different awakened ones. After all they are not in conflict with each other. On the surface it may appear to be so but there is a deep agreement between all of them. And I found it even better to find out about my own 'cognitive dissonance'.

Ramakrishna is said to have realized god through all the paths such as that of the Jesus, Muhammad, his devotion for Kali and so on and he says that one must try out the different paths and realize on their own that its all the same!

To be continued....

Totality

When it is said by a Buddha
To accept everything
The stress is not on acceptance
The stress is on 'everything'
Either accept or reject
It doesn't matter
Unless it is total
Total acceptance or total rejection
Lead one to the same exhilaration
Key is the totality of it
Oh but these are the good ones
These are the bad once
How can I put them under one roof
One might ask
But you see,
The words accept or reject
Have no inherent meaning in them
But something happens
When once in for all
You gather all your energies
and,
leaving behind the morality of it
Embrace the totality of it
The conflict and the illusion
Perpetuate through division
Through half halfheartedness
Be total now
And taste the magic
